When you provide such data, it is processed directly by a third-party payment processor. We do not have direct access to, process, transmit, handle, or store any of your credit or debit card details.
Data We Automatically Collect About You
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies, or other innovative technologies as they come out, to collect certain data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including the following types of data:
Device and Network Data. We may collect certain data when you interact with the Offerings such as technical data about your internet connection, and the equipment you use to access our Offerings, including unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, and IP addresses.

Provide our Offerings to you. Our Offerings are designed to help professionals better organize and manage their email and collaborate with others. When you use our Offerings, you provide us with access to information like your email account, emails, photos, videos, files, content, messages, contacts, detailed information about your projects, and so on. When you authenticate your Google or Microsoft account, you permit us to access your account according to the terms and restrictions specified by your account provider. For example, we may securely access or store your name, your email address, your emails, and your contact list (including any images attached to contacts in the list). We use your data to effectively deliver the organization and workflow features of our platform and to, administer, present, support, maintain, and improve our Offerings, and its contents to you, including creating and maintaining your account with us;

Partners; Service Providers; Vendors; Suppliers; Subcontractors. We disclose data to unaffiliated companies or individuals we hire or work with that perform services on our behalf, including customer support, web hosting, software developers, information technology, payment processing, financing, marketing and database management, direct mail and email distribution, and advertising and analytics services. How We Protect Your Data
We have implemented measures designed to secure your data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All data you provide to us is stored on third-party vendor’s secured servers that are behind firewalls. The safety and security of your data also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Offerings, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of data via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we use reasonable efforts to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Offerings. Any transmission of data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the Offerings.
Retention of Your Data
We may retain your data for as long as we need it to provide you with the Services. If you delete your account, we’ll also delete this data. There might be some latency in deleting this data from our servers and back-up storage and some information may not be completely removed from our logs and other records. We may retain this data if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Tracking Technologies and Targeted Advertising
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Offerings may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your data to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your data collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website/or other opt-out mechanisms. In addition, your mobile device settings may provide the functionality to limit our, or our partners, ability to engage in ad tracking or targeted advertising using the Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertising associated with your mobile device.

Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome) incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behavior tracked. Exercising Your Rights

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your consumer request unless it is excessive or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
